Sean Penn Files For Divorce
After splitting up 3 times in one year, Sean Penn has finally decided that he's had enough of Robin Wright and has officially filed for divorce.
If you remember the Oscars this year, Sean Penn didn't thank Robin Wright when he won but he did thank the "homo-loving sons of guns." Now if that didn't send a clear message that they were about to get divorced, I don't know what would.
Sean Penn seems to be the one who runs the show in that marriage and it looks like he's had enough. He probably wants to get better acquainted with Natalie Portman now that the two are doing a movie together. Hey, ya never know.

ONLINE ART SHOW: Estelle Carraz-Bernabei (paintings)
In Manayunk again, this time at a coffee shop, I discovered an artist whose energy, motion and color transported me to another world--no, another galaxy. Estelle Carraz-Bernabei's cosmic paintings mix oils and acrylics applied in swirling layers she likens to icing a cake.
Yet despite the other-worldly effect, the pieces are grounded in the elements of Earth (via tactile, textural organic matter such as crushed herbs, botanical powders, pigment dyes and quartz crystals incorporated into the paint) and even Fire: Estelle will sometimes ignite sections of a completed work to achieve a desired effect."Painting is a spiritual experience for me," says Estelle. "I meditate, do yoga, play a lot of music. I close my eyes and envision a feeling. Then I start with a base color--usually blue or red. I work one layer at a time, with free-flowing placement yet everything's pre-destined as to where it goes." The process takes about a week per painting.
In contrast to that labor-intensive process, Estelle's photographic art aims to capture a fleeting moment. (Visit Style Maniac But no matter the medium, "Positive energy is my focus," says Estelle. "Positive energy goes into my work--and then hopefully back out to the viewer." Perhaps that's why her art, though complex, layered and colorful, exudes a mystical calm.

Making Your Own Beauty Products
Making your own beauty products is not only economical but is also a quick and easy way to ensure you’re looking good this summer.
I’ve been experimenting at home with face-masks, body scrubs, cuticle creams and bath products. These are so easy and fun to make with food products that you have lying around your kitchen and also make great presents too.
My favourites at the moment are an olive oil and rock salt body scrub which is so effective and leaves my skin feeling fresh and invigorated. I also love making a lemon and honey cuticle ceram which consists of 2tsp lemon juice, 1tsp honey and half a cup of warm water after a few days you’ll start to notice a difference.
For those stressful, tiresome days, there’s nothing better than the avocado facemask which is a very simple mixture of avocado, lemon juice and honey mashed together. Pure bliss.
I’m now going to go one step further and start trying to grow my own beauty products, I shall keep you posted. Any advice would be much appreciated.

GUITAR GODS & GYPSY GIRLS
The main inspiration for April's "Art & Rock" theme was The Art of Rock book and its owner, my husband Kevin, who has incredibly good taste in music. Over the years he's introduced me to a wonderful world of jazz, classical and of course rock musicians. Music resonates through our home morning through night, and although we often disagree about the volume of what is being played, we rarely disagree about the artist.
Recently I put Kevin on the spot and demanded his Top Five Guitarists and Top Nine Rock Albums of all time. The answers came back in a nanosecond.

Now Dai-Diana Jongjintanakarn is practicing a lot to ensure that her performance will impress the audiences. We are very glad to see she is very dedicate to the job that she loves. Recent;y she has been asked to be an actress as a lady lieutenant of a famous TV series, "My lovely Lieutenant" which she had a chance to work with a famous singer, Tui AF3. so if you are her real fan, you should not miss this TV series.

Bea Arthur of Maude and Golden Girls fame, died in her sleep on April 25, 2009. Bea Arthur had cancer but the cause of death is still not known.
Now I know that many of you have this question mark on your face as to who the hell this old chick is, but Bea Arthur was one of the funniest women on television in her day. As Dorothy Zbornak on Golden Girls, she always left me in stitches.
Our prayers go out to Bea Arthur's friends and family.
